Why compressed air purification?
Compressor alone is not enough.In most cases,untreated compressed air is naturally dirty,oily and wet.This condition is certainly notdesirable for industrial applications and could directly or indirectlylead to the following situations.

How to get compressed air with very low dew point?
The dew point of the compressed air after being treated by the cold dryer can be around -20 ° C (normal pressure), and the dew point can be processed by the adsorption dryer to reach the range above -60 ° C. However, some industries that require extremely high air dryness (such as the microelectronics industry require a dew point of -80 °C) are obviously not enough.
Nowadays, the method promoted by the technical community is that the cold dryer is connected in series with the adsorption dryer, and the cold preheater is used as the pre-treatment equipment for the adsorption dryer,
so that the moisture content of the compressed air is greatly reduced and then enters the adsorption dryer. Get compressed air with very low dew point.
Moreover, the lower the temperature of the compressed air entering the adsorption dryer, the lower the dew point of the compressed air finally obtained.
According to foreign data, when the inlet temperature of the adsorption dryer is 2 °C, the molecular sieve is used as the adsorbent, and the dew point of the compressed air can reach below -100 °C. This method has also been widely adopted in China.
