Mr.Kerry Robinson from Australiatoday I ran the compressor and I am very happy with the workmanship and the quality , it is connected to a nitrogen generator that requires around 0.8 MPA feed air from the 30 kw compressor we are commissioning it I have found that it loads and unloads from 25.5 kw - 30 kw this will be a huge saving on power consumption.

Adsorption Element
Externally Heated Desiccant Air Dryer is integrated the advantages of PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption) & TSA(Temperature Swing Adsorption).Absorbing during normal temperature and dense water vapour; purging during relatively high temperature and less density of water vapour. That’s to say, absorb water of sorbet, purify during the purging period by superior purge air of thermal diffusion and high pressure difference.
The Flow Chart of Externally Heated Purge Desiccant
Heatless Purge Desiccant Air Dryer using micro holes in the desiccant itself, adsorbing the moisture in the air because of capillary, desorbing it by pressure drop and adsorbing extra-heat. Currently, the equipment is making up of two towers, controlled by the Program Controller, the two towers working alternately, one is for adsorbing, the other is for desorbing, in this way continually circulating the work.

Why use a compressed air dryer?
As the name implies, air dryers are used to dry the compressed air: they remove moisture from the air, resulting in dryer air. This way, your valuable tools and machinery are protected from water and rust. But also your piping used to transport the compressed air is protected.
Water? Where is it coming from?
Compressors suck in lots of air and compress it to about 7 times the volume (that is, 7 bar pressure). The air that is sucked in always contains a little (or a lot!) water.
While the air can be compressed, the water cannot!
